Human Resource service

• We are in charge of monitoring and maintaining the following employment records:
  • Loans of Employees
  • SIL Balance monitoring
  • 201 record filing
• We are in charge in keeping track of employees’ attendance.
• We have our designated account managers that serve as company liaisons who will conduct regular meetings to monitor performance of employees, maintain service levels, and address any issues and concerns.
• We process employees benefits and compensation on SSS and Philhealth such as:
  • Maternity leave benefits.
  • Paternity leave benefits.
  • Sickness and occupational injury claims.
• We are responsible in the timely pick-up of timesheets every cutoff dates at the client company’s premises
• We are accountable for the performance management of employees and if for any reason clients are dissatisfied with the placement, we can end the assignment and identify an alternate employee that is a better match.
• We provide Legal assistance when the need arises.

Accounting Services

• We manage the administration and payroll processing.
  • Monthly, semi-monthly, weekly and daily paid employees.
  • 13th month, overtime, night differential, legal and special holiday computation.
  • Timely Distribution of salaries
• Preparation and remittance of mandatory government contributions such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and ECC.
